Chef Patron Andrew Borg welcomes you to his restaurant in Malta’s capital, Valletta.
With a small daily changing menu showcasing modern French techniques, Black Pig is the perfect place for those special occasions as well as for casual everyday dining. Andrew runs the kitchen with high regard towards seasonality and local ingredients, and he excels in delivering a memorable dining experience. Complementing Andrew’s bold creations is a small wine list featuring Italian and French wines with a bias towards biodynamic wines. The dining room seats up to 20 guests which allows for an attentive yet laid-back service.
Please note that black pigs and mini-homo sapiens (children under 8 years) are both composed of a tenacious nature, one that would cause an unbearable concentration of chaos in our small restaurant, if they happen to meet. Accordingly, please be aware that the restaurant does not accept children under 8 years of age.
